These terms cover the website only. Any project we take on for you is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal. Project-specific commercial terms, such as payment, timelines, warranties and transfer of ownership, are set out in that agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the project agreement applies.

You may use this website to learn about our services and to contact us. When using it, you agree not to:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to send content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading;
• try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or probe or test its security;
• send automated, bulk or spam submissions through the inquiry form;
• scrape or crawl the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

Project inquiries and quotations

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either of us to work together.

Any quotation or estimate we give is based on the information available at the time. It is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in writing in that quotation.

Work begins only after a separate written agreement or proposal has been accepted by both sides.

Scope and change requests

The scope of each project is defined in its written agreement.

If you ask for changes or additions outside that scope, we will assess them and let you know how they affect cost and timeline. Changes are carried out once they have been agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Moonlighters or its licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Ownership of the work we deliver on client projects is governed by the individual project agreement.

Third-party services

Many projects rely on services provided by other companies, such as hosting, domain registration, plugins and themes, payment gateways and APIs. These are subject to their providers’ own terms and pricing.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance or changes made to those third-party services, even where we have recommended or set them up for you.

Links to other websites

This site may link to other websites, including projects we have worked on. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Availability and liability

The website is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or take down parts of it at any time.
