Service 05 / 08 — Search
SEO that fixes the foundations before chasing rankings
Why it matters
Problems this solves.
Important pages are not indexed
Search Console shows pages as crawled but not indexed, excluded by a noindex tag or blocked by robots.txt. Until these are resolved, no amount of content work will help those pages.
Duplicate and competing pages
Filter URLs, tracking parameters, missing canonicals and near-identical service pages split signals across many addresses. Search engines then have to guess which one matters.
Pages that do not match what people search for
Copy written around internal jargon often misses the words customers actually use. Without clear headings and focused topics, pages struggle to show up for relevant queries.
Slow, unstable pages
Poor Core Web Vitals hurt the experience of real visitors and are one of the signals search engines consider. Layout shifts and slow loading on mobile are common culprits.
Scope
What the service includes.
Every project is scoped individually. These are the parts we typically cover; your proposal lists exactly what applies to you.
Technical SEO audit
A crawl of your site alongside Search Console data to find broken links, redirect chains, crawl waste, rendering issues and errors. Each finding is ranked by likely impact and effort.
Indexation diagnostics
We work through Search Console page indexing reports, canonical tags, robots.txt rules, noindex directives and XML sitemaps. The goal is that the pages you want found are indexable and the rest are handled deliberately.
On-page optimization
Titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text and body content refined around what people actually search. Pages are made clearer for readers first and search engines second.
Content structure and internal linking
We organize related pages into logical groups and link them so both visitors and crawlers can follow the relationships. Important pages receive the internal links they deserve.
Performance and Core Web Vitals
We diagnose what is slowing pages down, from image weight and render-blocking scripts to layout shifts, and fix it or specify the fix for your developer.
Structured data
Schema.org markup for your organization, services, products, articles, FAQs or local business details, validated with Google’s testing tools. It helps search engines interpret your content accurately.

How the work runs
-
Baseline and access
We connect to Search Console and analytics, crawl the site and record where things stand today. That baseline makes later changes measurable and honest.
-
Fix what blocks visibility
Indexing errors, broken redirects, canonical conflicts and critical speed problems come first. These are foundational, and other work depends on them being right.
-
Improve pages that matter most
We work through priority pages, refining structure, copy and internal links around real search intent. Changes are documented so you can see exactly what was done and why.
-
Monitor and adjust
Search engines take time to recrawl and reassess pages. We track indexing, impressions and clicks over the following weeks and adjust based on what the data shows.
Methods & toolsChosen to suit each project
01 Can you guarantee first-page rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Rankings are decided by search engines using signals no agency controls, and they shift with competition and algorithm updates. What we can do is remove technical obstacles, make your pages clearer and more useful, and report honestly on what changes.
02 How long does SEO take to show any effect?
Technical fixes such as indexing problems can be picked up as soon as search engines recrawl the affected pages, which may take days or weeks. Content and structural improvements usually take longer to settle. Timing varies with your site’s history, competition and how much needs fixing, so we avoid promising dates.
03 Why are some of my pages crawled but not indexed?
It usually means the search engine saw the page and decided not to include it, at least for now. Common reasons include thin or duplicate content, weak internal linking, conflicting canonical tags or the page simply not looking useful enough. We diagnose the specific cause for your pages rather than applying a generic fix.
04 Do you build backlinks?
We do not buy links or use link schemes, because they can lead to penalties and rarely last. We focus on making pages worth referencing and can suggest genuine opportunities such as industry directories, partner pages and local listings where they fit your business.
05 Do you do local SEO?
Yes. For businesses serving a specific area, we look at location and service pages, local business structured data, consistent contact details across the web and your Google Business Profile information. Local visibility also depends on factors like reviews and proximity that we can guide but not control.
